MDPE Water Pipe Manifold Kit, 2 or 4 Outlets

This MDPE manifold kit takes one water supply pipe and divides it into two or four separate branches. It is made for the point where a single MDPE feed has to serve more than one run, such as separate irrigation lines in different parts of a garden, so every branch can be piped away on its own from one junction.

Each kit is built from three parts that connect in a line. An MDPE compression fitting joins the supply pipe and finishes in a 3/4 inch BSP male thread. The splitter body connects to that thread and divides the flow, and each of its outlets takes its own MDPE adaptor, one per branch, ready for the branch pipe. The kit holds these parts and nothing more, so the supply and branch pipe are bought separately.

Two inlet styles are offered. With the straight inlet the manifold sits at the end of the supply pipe, which suits a feed that stops where the water is needed. With the tee inlet the main pipe carries on through the tee and the manifold sits on its side port, so outlets can be added partway along an existing line. The inlet fittings are sized for 20, 25 and 32 mm MDPE pipe.

The splitter comes in three styles. The 2-outlet orange union version has a metal splitter body. The multi-valve versions have an orange and black plastic splitter with 2 or 4 outlets and a valve on every outlet, so each branch can be opened or closed on its own, and their female inlet takes 3/4 or 1 inch BSP.

The kit suits gardeners and DIY installers who run MDPE pipe out into the garden and want more than one take-off point from a single feed, and anyone splitting an existing supply into separate irrigation branches.
