Vapour Barrier Foil Membrane VCL Aluminium 75m²

This vapour barrier membrane is designed to help control moisture movement within insulated building structures, supporting a drier, more efficient construction. Used on the warm side of insulation, it helps reduce the risk of condensation and contributes to improved thermal performance by limiting air and vapour movement.

The membrane is made from polyethylene foil with an internal polypropylene mesh reinforcement to improve durability and tear resistance during fitting. An aluminium-faced layer provides a reflective surface to help reduce radiant heat loss, supporting overall insulation performance.

Suitable for use across a range of domestic and trade projects, including roof and loft builds, timber-frame and stud walls, ceilings and floor constructions. It can also be used in cold rooms and similar spaces where vapour control is important.

Supplied as a roll for straightforward handling and coverage planning. For best results, install with appropriate overlaps and seal joints and penetrations to maintain a continuous vapour control layer and reduce air leakage paths.
