Underfloor Heating Boards Aluminium XPS 16mm Pack of 50

These underfloor heating insulation boards provide an efficient, low-profile base for water-based heating systems. The grooved board design helps position pipework neatly, while the aluminium-coated surface supports quick, even heat spread across the floor, making the system more responsive in daily use.

Each board is made from high-density grooved XPS insulation, chosen for its lightweight handling, moisture resistance and dependable compression strength. The top face is finished with an aluminium layer to improve heat transfer, helping warm the floor surface more effectively than plain insulation alone.

With their slim 20mm profile, the boards are well suited to renovation work, retrofits and new installations where floor height needs to be kept to a minimum. The pre-formed channels are designed for 16mm water underfloor heating pipes, allowing a tidy layout and a more straightforward installation process.

The boards can be used as part of a complete underfloor heating build-up beneath a range of common floor finishes, including laminate, engineered wood, vinyl and tiled floors when paired with a suitable overlay system.
