Underfloor Heating Boards Cement XPS 16mm Pack of 5

These XPS underfloor heating insulation boards are designed to improve the performance of water-based underfloor heating systems by helping direct heat upwards into the room rather than losing it into the subfloor. The grooved layout supports quick and consistent pipe positioning, while the insulated core helps create a more energy-efficient floor build-up for both renovation and new-build projects.

Made from extruded polystyrene with a cement-coated facing, the boards combine thermal insulation with a practical surface for further floor installation. The XPS core offers good compressive strength and moisture resistance, helping the boards stay durable in demanding floor applications, while the lightweight construction makes them easier to handle, trim and position during fitting.

Each board is pre-grooved to suit 16mm underfloor heating pipe with 150mm channel spacing, making installation more straightforward and helping promote even heat distribution across the floor area. They can be used beneath a range of common floor finishes, including tiled floors, laminate and engineered wood, when used within a compatible underfloor heating build-up.

Supplied as a 5-pack, these boards offer a convenient solution for creating a solid insulated base within a wet underfloor heating installation.
