IBC Tank Linking Fitting Pack for 50 mm MDPE Pipe

This pack gathers the fittings for joining several IBC tanks into one linked water store with 50 mm MDPE pipe. It is offered in four versions, for two, three, four or five tanks, and each version carries one outlet cap adapter for every tank it is meant to connect. It is a fittings-only pack: no pipe and no tap come with it, which leaves you free to cut the pipe to the actual spacing of your tanks and to put the draw-off wherever it suits you.

The connection at each tank begins with an S60X6 cap adapter, which screws onto the coarse-threaded IBC outlet and presents a 2-inch BSP female thread. A straight joiner screws into that thread by its 2-inch BSP male end and receives the 50 mm pipe in a compression end on its other side, while the compression elbow and three-way tee fittings join the pipe runs between the tanks.

Every pipe joint in the line is a compression joint: the pipe is pushed into the fitting and held by tightening the nut, with no glue and no welding involved. The joints at the tanks are threaded, so the line is put together on site from the pack and your own lengths of pipe.

The pack suits anyone who keeps water in IBC tanks, whether in a garden, on an allotment or on a smallholding, and wants those tanks connected rather than standing on their own. Before ordering, check that your tank outlets carry the S60X6 thread, choose the version that matches the number of tanks, and plan the lengths of 50 mm MDPE pipe and the tap or valve you will add yourself.
