Drum Tap with Push Handle, 2 Inch BSP Male Thread, White

This white push-handle tap is designed for compatible threaded openings on 200 litre drums, screwing into a port with a 2 inch BSP female thread. Once fitted, it gives the drum its own dispensing point: liquid is drawn off through the tap’s spout into a smaller container when the handle is pushed, so the contents can be used a little at a time.

The body and the handle are moulded in white plastic. The inlet is a 2 inch BSP male thread with a black sealing washer seated at its base, where the tap meets the drum. The spout leaves the body at a right angle and points downwards, and the supplier gives its outlet as approximately 40 mm.

Flow is controlled by a lever-style push handle. The lever pivots on a pin at the top of the tap, and its moulded grip sits at the outer end, away from the drum.

It suits anyone who keeps liquid in a compatible 200 litre drum and needs to fill smaller containers from it. Before ordering, check that the opening on your drum is a 2 inch BSP female thread and that the tap is compatible with the liquid you intend to dispense.
