This self-adhesive flashing tape is designed to seal and repair common leaks around roofs and exterior junctions, helping you stop water ingress quickly with minimal tools. It bonds firmly to prepared surfaces and forms a durable, weatherproof barrier for long-lasting protection.

Constructed with a puncture-resistant facing combined with a flexible bitumen adhesive layer, the tape conforms to shapes and edges without cracking. The lead-coloured finish is intended to blend in with existing leadwork and provide a neat repair on visible areas.

Suitable for use on flat and pitched roof details such as valleys, parapets and chimney stacks, as well as around roof-lights, flues and vents. It can also be used to seal joints and penetrations on portable buildings, conservatories and caravans where a flexible waterproof seal is required.

For best results, ensure the surface is clean and dry before application. Roll out and cut to length, peel back the release liner gradually as you position the tape, then press firmly and smooth down to remove trapped air. If joining sections, overlap the tape and seal the edges thoroughly, then reseal the packaging and store upright in cool, dry conditions.
