This self-adhesive fibreglass joint mesh tape is designed for use on plasterboard joints and tile backer boards before filling and finishing. The white open-weave glass fibre mesh lets jointing compound pass through and bond either side, helping to reinforce the seam.
Because the backing is self-adhesive, the tape sticks directly to the board and stays in place while you work, with no need to pre-embed it in compound. It tears or cuts easily to the length required.
Supplied as a single long-length roll measuring 50mm wide by 90 metres, wound on a wide cardboard core — a practical choice for larger jobs and repeat use.
