This compass saw is made for cutting curves, holes and internal shapes in wood and PVC, where a standard handsaw is too wide to follow the line.
The 300mm steel blade has 9 teeth per inch and tapers to a narrow point, allowing it to start in a drilled hole and follow tight curves with good control. It suits jobs such as cutting openings in boards and panels, shaping curved profiles and general DIY hole cutting.
The closed pistol-grip handle is made from two materials, with a contoured soft-grip area that keeps the hand secure and comfortable during longer cutting sessions. A useful addition to the toolbox for carpentry, board work and plastic pipe or trim cutting.
