Butyl Aluminium Sealant Tape Waterproof 10m Roll

This butyl aluminium sealant tape is designed for quick, reliable waterproof sealing and repair work around the home, garden and site. It bonds strongly to many common building surfaces to help stop leaks and protect joints from weathering.

Made from an aluminium-faced tape with a butyl-based self-adhesive layer, it conforms well to uneven areas and creates a robust barrier against water and vapour. A removable silicone release liner makes positioning and application cleaner and easier.

Ideal for sealing gutters and downpipes, chimney areas, roof windows and light domes, and for covering roof gaps and overlaps. It’s also suitable for repairs on caravans, containers, façades and general metal construction where a tight, waterproof seal is required.

For best results, apply to a clean, dry surface and press down firmly for good contact. Once placed, repositioning may be limited depending on the surface, so take care to align the tape accurately before fully pressing it into place.
