This 5-pack of XPS tile backer boards is designed to create a reliable, waterproof base for tiling in wet and moisture-prone areas. Ideal for bathrooms, showers, kitchens and wet rooms, the boards provide a stable surface that supports tile installation while also adding thermal insulation. Their lightweight construction makes them easier to handle, helping both trade users and DIY installers work more efficiently.

Each board features a closed-cell XPS foam core with a cement-coated surface reinforced by fibreglass mesh on both sides. This combination gives the board a strong, dimensionally stable structure suitable for thin-bed tile installation. The foam core is waterproof and resistant to water vapour, while the coated outer layers provide a dependable tiling surface that is easy to prepare and finish.

The boards are well suited to wall and floor applications where moisture resistance matters, including shower enclosures, areas around baths, behind wall tiles, on bathroom floors and in kitchen areas.
