IBC Replacement Valve 75 mm Inlet to S60x6 Outlet with Cap

This replacement valve is for IBC tanks whose original 3 inch valve is damaged or faulty. It screws onto tanks with a 75 mm (3 inch) coarse-threaded outlet and puts a working valve back on the tank, so a sound container does not have to be retired because of one worn part. Please check that your tank has the 75 mm coarse-threaded outlet before you order, as this is the thread the valve is made for.

On the outlet side, the valve reduces to a 2 inch S60x6 male thread, the fitting that most IBC accessories are made to. That gives the tank access to a wide choice of S60x6 taps, camlock couplings and hose tails, so you can connect what the job needs instead of working around the old outlet. A cap is supplied to close the thread off whenever nothing is attached.

The valve has a white moulded plastic body, a long curved blue lever handle on a round hub at the side, and a black ribbed cap on the outlet. The lever is what opens and closes the flow, and the valve fits without any special tools.

It suits IBCs used for water, oil, diesel and general fluid storage: a rainwater tank in a garden or on an allotment, a fuel or oil store on a farm or smallholding, or a general-purpose tank in a yard.
