IBC Top Lid 155 mm with Two 2-inch BSP Ports

This 155 mm IBC top lid is made for owners of intermediate bulk containers who need more from the opening on top of the tank than a plain cap can give. It carries two 2-inch BSP threaded ports, so the filling opening becomes a place to connect two separate lines: a hose feeding the tank on one port, for instance, and a second hose or pipe on the other.

The kit is made up of a screw-on IBC top lid and two through-lid port connectors. Each connector passes through the lid and is held in place with retaining nuts and seals, and the nuts and seals for both connectors are included, so there is no separate hardware to source for the ports themselves. Because every connection is made through the lid, the tank body is left as it is, with no cutting or drilling into the container.

The ports take 2-inch BSP fittings, which leaves the choice of what to connect up to you: hose tails for flexible hose, adaptors to change to another size, or other parts with the same thread. Those fittings are not part of the kit, and neither are blanking plugs, so if you plan to use only one port at first, have a 2-inch BSP plug ready to close the other.
