This jab saw is designed for cutting wallboard, plasterboard and drywall, making it a practical tool for fitting boards, cutting access holes and forming openings for sockets, pipes and fittings.
The steel blade tapers to a sharp point, so it can be pushed straight into the board to start a plunge cut without drilling first, then follow the marked line to form the opening.
The two-material handle has a contoured soft grip for a secure, comfortable hold, and a hanging hole at the end makes for easy storage on a workshop hook. A handy saw for dry lining, renovation and general building work.
