Vapour Barrier Waterproof Thermal Insulation Aluminium Foil Membrane Roof Wall

Alu110 vapor barrier foil, used in construction as an
insulating layer with vapor-tight properties. Its purpose is to isolate and
regulate the level of water vapor in the structures of walls, ceilings, floors
and roofs with attics. It is made of two outer layers of polyethylene foil and
an inner reinforcement layer of polypropylene mesh. Covering the upper
polyethylene layer with an aluminium layer, allows to obtain a reflex effect,
which enables reflection of heat rays. The reinforced layer ensures high tear
strength of the product.

Alu110 vapor barrier foil, used in construction as an
insulating layer with vapor-tight properties. Its purpose is to isolate and

Alu 110 protects the building against heat loss by using the
effect of reflecting thermal energy (infrared radiation) from the reflective
surface. The efficiency of reflection of thermal radiation reaches up to 90%,
while energy losses by radiation constitute as much as 75% of the total heat
loss of a building. High tear resistance is guaranteed by a polypropylene
reinforcing mesh located between the layers of the foil.

Application

Alu 110 vapor barrier foil:

It is intended for attics to living quarters.

It is used both in ventilated and non-ventilated, sloping
and flat roofs as well as in vertical wall structures.

It is used as protection against wind and water vapor.
